NWJC understands that buying expensive items through the internet can be a new experience and we want to make the process as comfortable as possible for you. As you can see from our About Us page, we are an accredited business with over 30 years in several brick and mortar retail locations. Already a platinum powerseller on eBay with 100% positive feedback, for our online store we continue to use the best and most secure technology to protect your personal information.

OUR CERTIFICATION AND GUARANTEE

NWJC works with a select number of accredited suppliers. Every watch we receive has been thoroughly inspected by our expert watchmakers and staff. Our master watchmakers certify and authenticate all timepieces before we purchase them for our inventory. They then meticulously recondition all our previously owned timepieces to as like-new condition as possible (Overhauls, timing adjustments, and free of scratches or blemishes). Our detailed certification and careful reconditioning process guarantees all of our watches are running great, look great, and all are authentic.

Our contemporary, designer, and fine estate & vintage jewelry is guaranteed to be as stated in its description. Our experienced jewelers custom manufacture and finish diamond and gemstone engagement rings, fashion rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and other jewelry. Our unique and varied collection of pre-owned jewelry is personally inspected by our GIA certified employees and jewelers.

WARRANTY

NWJC offers a one-year warranty on all pre-owned watches (with the exception of vintage watches and pocket watches) and a two-year warranty on all unused watches sold on our website. This limited warranty is provided solely by NWJC. Our warranty covers the parts and labor on the movement. The warranty does not cover: bands, batteries, cracked or broken crystals, crown/stem, water damage, damage from abuse or misuse (knocks, dents, crushing) or any other physical damage to the watch. Also tampering by unauthorized technicians will render this warranty null and void.

NWJC is an independent retailer of luxury watches & jewelry and does not claim to be an Authorized Dealer of ANY brand advertised on our website including Rolex, S.A. or its subsidiary, Rolex USA. We specialize in discounting only the highest-grade luxury timepieces, contemporary, and estate jewelry. Because we are not an authorized dealer, we can offer substantially greater discounts than authorized retailers. NWJC is the sole warrantor of ALL brands/items sold on our website.
