Shipments inside the United States and Canada:
Most items are shipped by Federal Express Priority Overnight or 2-Day Delivery. We can ship FedEx Priority Overnight for Saturday delivery for a small additional cost ($15). Deliveries to PO Boxes, APOs, and FPOs are shipped using the US Postal Service. Deliveries using the US Postal Service can be delayed.
All shipments are fully insured from our door to yours.
NWJC is very experienced in the proper packing and shipping methods to ship your watch both safely and securely. For added security, it is our policy that all shipments require an adult’s signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from the carrier. All orders will be shipped promptly when payment has been verified.

We urge you to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.
Orders paid by credit card, can be shipped only to the address on record for that account. If you would like your order shipped to an address, other than the one on record with the issuing bank, we ask that you contact your credit card company by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card, and place an “alternate shipping address” on record, so that we can verify this information. By stating that you only want an “alternate shipping address” it will simply be a notation on your record and should not cause any change in your billing information. It is another fraud-prevention method that we use to be certain that we are dealing with the actual cardholder.
PayPal domestic U.S. orders under $10,000 can only be shipped to the “verified” address on record.
Shipments outside the United States and Canada:
We encourage international sales and provide a wide range of services to expedite international transactions. Most international purchases are shipped by Federal Express. Normal delivery is within 3-5 business days.

Shipments TO NWJC:
Shipments incoming to NWJC for trade, sale, repair or return should include your name, address, phone or email address and a brief description of the transaction or repair.
How should the watch be shipped?
Only ship watches to the address we provide. Keep a record of the watch model and serial numbers or make a copy of the watch warranty certificate prior to shipping it. We are not responsible for watches lost or damaged in transit to us.
Recommended Shipping Instructions:
- Please ship your package via Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Registered Mail WITH TRACKING & INSURANCE
- FedEx is highly reliable, fast, and safe, but they limit the amount that you can insure wristwatches to $500. CHOOSE DELIVER WITH SIGNATURE ONLY.
- UPS is reliable, fast, and safe, and will usually allow you to fully insure the watch. We recommend using their Next Day Air service to expedite all transaction processes.
- US Postal Service "Registered Mail" with Full Insurance is a
- safe way to ship an expensive item, but Registered Mail is also the slowest method and cannot be tracked as easily as UPS or FedEx.
- You MUST include the RMA# if this is a return.
- Include your name, address, phone, email address if applicable and a brief description of the transaction.
