RETURN POLICY FOR WATCHES
NWJC honors a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy. Any New or PRE-OWNED watch purchased from us may be returned or exchanged, in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, books and accessories, within three (3) days from receipt. We ask that you contact us with your intention to return the watch to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Note an item returned without a RMA# will be refused.
You will be required to ship the merchandise back to our office, insured for the full purchase price, at your expense. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will issue a refund.
ALL wristwatches returned are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. This restocking fee is charged when the item is returned, authenticated, and determined to be in unworn, and undamaged condition.
Exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase unless the product is a special order item.
Additional charges may be incurred, or refund refused (and item returned to customer at customer's expense) if the watch is returned in damaged condition.
The return privilege does not apply to special orders or custom work.
RETURN POLICY FOR ALL JEWELRY
Due to too many fraudulent attempts, at this time all sales are final for jewelry and loose diamonds/gemstones purchased from us online - unless the item was misrepresented. We encourage you to ask questions and receive all pertinent information necessary to make your buying decision. Please call us at 1-(949)-650-3888 so we may further assist you.
RMA - RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
- All returns must have a Return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).
- To generate an RMA, please log into your account on our website and click on "Order History."
- Find the corresponding order number and click on it.
- Click on "Creat Return" to begin your return request.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return OR
- You may call 1-(949)-650-3888 for more assistance.
- Any item returned without RMA# will be refused.
- Watches, Diamonds, Gemstones, and other Jewelry policies as listed in the Return Policy must be adhered to.
- The RMA# MUST be listed clearly on the returned packaging.
- Collect shipping will be refused.
- Follow Shipping Instructions and only use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
- Insure your package for full value to ensure the safe return to NWJC so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Returning for Refund
Allow up to 72 hours to process your returned order and up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement and/or a check refund to be issued (wire purchases will be refunded either via return wire or return check, at the discretion of NWJC. If a return wire is issued, a $50 wire receipt and wire issue fee will be held back from the return amount along with the restocking fee).
Returning for Warranty Service
NWJC warranties pre-owned watches for one full year from date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or invoice and with the exception of antique/vintage and pocket watches. NWJC warranties all new or unused watches for two full years from the date of the invoices. The warranty does not cover: cracked or broken crystals, water damage due to an improperly tightened crown, or damage from abuse or misuse.
Please expect a 30-day turnaround for standard warranty repair. Keep in mind that warranty service includes testing and identification of problems both before AND after warranty service which may include, but is not necessarily limited to: Electronic timing accuracy, demagnetization, and water-resistance integrity. These procedures take time, especially where timing accuracy is concerned. Please be patient with warranty returns. We want the watch to go back to you in good working order. If warranty repair will exceed 30-days we will inform you of this as soon as we are aware of extenuating circumstances causing the delay. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service or exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise noted, and will incur a $25 fee per return shipment on all domestic orders.
APO/FPO/International Addresses
If you’re an APO/FPO/International customer and you’re outside the domestic delivery area, the standard NWJC RETURN and REFUND Policy applies — with the exception that you’re responsible for shipping the product back to a state-side return address, plus handling, customs, and inventory liability. Since you’re responsible for the safe delivery of any product you’re returning to NWJC, we recommend that you insure it against loss.
We believe the above terms are fair and reasonable and ensure the protection of all parties against abuse. If for any reason, one or more above conditions cannot be met, please call us and we will try to assist. Note you MUST call before and receive authorization.
