International Customers are Welcome! We will be happy to ship your order to most countries and we accept Bank Wire transfers from all countries approved by the United States as legally permissable.  You may even purchase an item and have the order delivered within the United States (to avoid international customs duties and shipment charges). Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All items are fully insured and applicable shipping charges always include full insurance. Items are insured at purchase price.  All items are delivered 'Duties Unpaid'.  Before purchasing, consult your local customs and excise office in the country in which you reside, to inquire about any applicable duties and taxes that may be payable upon receipt of the item.

All prices shown on our website, eBay, or quoted by phone, fax or email are in U.S. dollars. Please check if you are unsure of the exchange rate for your country.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

Due to our inability to verify information we cannot accept international (including Canada) credit cards or international PayPal at this time. We require payment by bank wire transfer in U.S. funds and will be happy to provide bank wire transfer instructions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped fully-insured via USPS Global Express with package tracking. Depending upon the shipping destination, some international orders may be shipped via UPS.  If oversize or high value orders require additional shipping charges, you will be contacted by NWJC prior to your order shipping. The average International order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location. NWJC has no control if this transit time is lengthened due to transit delays or customs processing.
Shipping rates are US$125.00 - US $175.00, depending on value of item and destination.

Shipping Problems: If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by NWJC. If the item is received damaged, please contact NWJC within three business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold on to your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

CUSTOMS - DUTIES - TAXES

Upon arrival in your country, fees may be assessed to your package. Due to the fact that customs policies vary from country to country, we are unable to provide information regarding the cost involved in receiving your package. We strongly advise that you contact your local customs office for information and an estimate before placing your order.
