2. Within 24 hours, we will contact you with an approximate buy or trade value for your watch, jewelry, or coins.
3. After you receive a quote from us, you may decide to ship your item to us (link to shipping instructions).
4. We will contact you once we receive your watch, jewelry, or coins and have had a chance to evaluate.
5. We will overnight FedEx a check back to you on the same day we receive confirmation from you as to the agreed sale or trade price.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, contact us immediately and please return your payment within 7 days of receipt. Your valuables will be returned to you within 14 days of return of receipt of the check. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed!!

How much will you be paid?
Condition, age, model/style popularity, and current market trends are some of the factors in determining the value of your items.  NWJC is known throughout the marketplace for paying top dollar for your timepiece and precious jewelry. 

Is the quote guaranteed?
With many years of experience, guides, and a constant pulse on the market, NWJC is almost always able to provide accurate quotes based on the information requested in our online quote request forms.  However, we cannot completely guarantee a quote until we are able to physically inspect your watch or other valuables.  If it is determined that the item(s) we receive is not as described or worth less than the value we quoted, we reserve the right to promptly return your item(s) at no cost to you. We may also, at our discretion, give you the option of accepting a lesser payment for your items.

Doing business in person?
Please stop by our Orange County, Southern California location to bring by your items for evaluation.  Your items will be inspected, and you can receive payment on the spot. If you wish to drop off your item in person, please indicate so in the comments section of the sell or trade forms.

Counterfeit or Stolen Merchandise?
Information on all merchandise purchased will sent to the proper authorities, and held for 30 days before we add to our inventory.  If we receive counterfeit or stolen merchandise we will turn over the merchandise, and all correspondence related to the merchandise, to the appropriate authorities. If you are uncertain about the authenticity of your watch, we recommend that you bring it to a local watch repair professional for inspection prior to shipping it to us.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Requirements
Every customer must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to sell watches, diamonds, or jewelry to NWJC.  In addition, every customer of NWJC must be the actual legal owner of any and all items or property sold or attempted to be sold to NWJC, and every customer must be acting on his or her own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person.  NWJC may, but shall not be obligated or required to, request documentation or other proof of compliance with the requirements contained in this paragraph. Verbal Offers
Any customer or prospective seller may request NWJC to provide a telephone or e-mail quote for his or her items after such items have arrived at NWJC’s offices.  Verbal offers may, at the discretion of NWJC, be recorded.  Upon a verbal acceptance by the customer of the telephone or e-mail quote, payment will be issued by NWJC within twenty four (24) hours of such acceptance.
Limitation of Liability
This limitation of liability shall be binding on the customer/seller and any third party, including but not limited to, customer's/seller's, successors, insurance carriers and any other individual or entity asserting any right or claim relating to this transaction.

In no event shall NWJC be liable to any third party, including any insurance carrier. NWJC shall not be liable for any subrogation claim brought by customer's/seller's insurance carrier and, by submitting an item to NWJC, customer/seller expressly and specifically waives any such subrogation claim on his or her behalf as well as on the behalf of his or her insurance carrier.

NWJC liability is and shall be expressly and specifically limited to the LEAST of the following sums:

1. The liquidation value placed on the item by NWJC in NWJCs sole discretion.
2. One third (1/3) of the appraised value of the item(s) according to an appraisal done by an independent accredited appraiser submitted by a customer/seller to NWJC, which appraisal was issued not more than 3 years prior to the shipment and not after shipment of the item(s) to NWJC.
3. The sum of $100.00.

The customer/seller expressly acknowledges and agrees that NWJCs liquidated value shall be conclusive and binding and further, that in no event shall NWJCs Liability exceed $100.00.
NWJC shall not be liable to anyone for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, punitive, loss of profit or opportunity, other than as set forth herein above.
By submitting the item, customer/seller explicitly accepts this limitation of liability.
Return Insurance Liabilities
If an item is returned to a customer, NWJC will insure the item for no more than the amount offered by NWJC regardless of what it was insured for when mailed by the customer to NWJC, unless NWJC is otherwise notified by e-mail or fax by the customer prior to the return shipment and the customer agrees to pay for any extra insurance requested.   NWJC shall, in its sole discretion, choose the return carrier, insurance and receipt verification method for each transaction.
Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims
The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  NWJCs failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision.  If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.  You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services offered by NWJC must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.  Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in the State of California. NWJC shall be entitled to reimbursement for any and all costs incurred by it in defending any civil action filed or attempted to be filed in any jurisdiction outside of the State of California, including but not limited to, attorney's fees incurred by NWJC.
Item Return
If you change your mind about selling your item or are dissatisfied with the amount of the payment you received, you must notify us immediately.  If we do not hear from you by telephone or fax within TEN (10) DAYS of the date on the check we mailed to you, your material will be considered our inventory. You must return the check before we will return your material.
This time limitation cannot be waived for any reason. NWJC will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind if the time limitations are not strictly followed.  A shipping and handling charge will apply for material returned to the customer.

** WHEN THE CUSTOMER’S CHECK IS RECEIVED AT THE NWJC PROCESSING CENTER THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CONTACTED AND NOTIFIED THAT THE MATERIAL WILL BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE CHECK.
